What you share
When you submit the contact form, HZ receives your name, email address, optional business name, selected service, and message. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information in your enquiry.
How your information is used
Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, discuss a possible project, and keep a record of that conversation. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages. HZ does not sell enquiry information.
Where information is processed
The website is hosted on a Hetzner server, and business email is provided by Hostinger. Enquiries are stored privately on the server, delivered to the business mailbox, and copied to an owner-managed Gmail inbox provided by Google. These providers process information needed to provide their services, potentially outside your country.
Technical information and cookies
The server may record basic access information, including IP addresses, requested pages, and request times, to operate the website and investigate errors or abuse. IP addresses are also used temporarily to limit repeated contact-form submissions. This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Fonts and website imagery are served directly from this website.
Retention and your choices
Enquiries are retained only as needed to respond, manage a business relationship, and meet applicable obligations. You can email HZ to request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted. Some records may need to be kept to meet legal or contractual obligations.
